What to do on arrival

On most match days we are able to provide changing facilities for each visiting team. The only exceptions to this, are if there are any special functions or tournaments taking place. Usually, there are Club officials at The Manor in preparation for your visit and the changing rooms will be unlocked. If locked, please identify your team's name at the bar or with a member of groundstaff, who will be happy to help you.
PLEASE NOTE - All changing rooms are locked during the games, but we recommend that valuable items are not left inside changing rooms.

Information for refereesReferees

Separate changing facilities are provided for Match Officials, this also doubles as the First Aid room. On arrival at the ground, we would be grateful if you could identify yourself to the Team Manager, who will welcome you on behalf of the Club. Two fully-inflated match balls will be presented to you at pitchside unless you request them earlier. In most instances, nets and corner flags will be in place, ready for your inspection 10 minutes prior to kick-off.

Advice for Valuables

In each changing room, we provide a secure metal box in which teams can place their valuables, if they so wish and leave them behind the bar for safety. This facility is provided by the Old Whitgiftian Association, but no liability can be accepted for loss or damage to items left in this manner and players leave such items at their own risk. We strongly recommend that no valuables be left inside changing rooms.

Changing area

The Football pitch

To reach the football pitch, turn right upon leaving the main entrance of the changing facilities. It takes around 2 minutes to walk to the pitch. In accordance with AFC guidelines, a fully-inflated warm-up football will be made available to your team on request.

Food & Refreshments

After the game, visiting teams and match officials are entitled to a hot meal served in the Club's spacious dining hall. This facility is open to participating players only.
A wide range of drinks and snacks can also be purchased at our licensed bars.

Drinking & Eating

Respecting our Neighbours & Members

On match days, "The Manor" is often a very busy place with senior members, families and young children present for a variety of events and social occasions. We would ask all visitors to respect the rights of others and to modify your behaviour accordingly. Please refrain from any activities that are likely to cause offence to any other person.
