"PLAYER AWARDS & CLUB AGM"

We are pleased to announce that the Club will be holding its annual award ceremony and Club AGM this coming Saturday. The event is being held at the Cluhouse and starts at 7.00 pm. After the awards, there will be drinks and an opportunity to talk with the Club officers who will be running the Club on your behalf next season. The evening will finish with a "Curry Night" in the South Croydon area.

How the awards are chosen
Player of the Year - Awarded by the manager of each team and is made to the player he believes has made the biggest contribution to the team on and off the pitch over the course of the season.Players' Player of the Year - Awarded by the players and Club members of each team and is awarded to the player they believe has made the biggest contribution to the team on and off the pitch over the course of the season. Voting may have been decided by a man of the match vote after each game, a vote at the end of the season or a combination of both.
Top Goalscorer - Awarded to the player who has scored the most League and Cup goals over the course of the season.
Clubman of the Year - Awarded to the Club member who has done the most "behind the scenes" work for the Club to ensure that players get a good game of football each week. This award is chosen by all Club members.
