Thank you for taking the time to browse the Old Whitgiftian AFC website. Hopefully, by this stage, you will have seen most of the site's content and understand a little bit more about the Club, what we are about. and what we have to offer in the world of amateur football ...and maybe you've also been bitten by the Old Whitgiftian bug and are thinking of joining us.
Although we have very strong links to both Whitgift School and are a constituent club of the Old Whitgiftian Association, we are an open Club and accept players of all abilities - as long as they share the same ideals and values as we do.
Our mission statement is - "to provide competitive amateur football that suits all levels, in an atmosphere that is friendly, sociable and affordable."
What are those values?
At Old Whitgiftian AFC we believe that football should be played in the best spirit, according to the rules and to respect our opposition, officials and Club members alike. We only want to attract players who are honest, reliable and interested in helping others if in a position to do so.
